Abstract
In this paper, some generic names of Lepidoptera have been discussed from the standpoint of zoological nomenclature. By this means three new generic names have been established, one replacement name proposed, five names validated and twelve names synonymized as the result of revising the type-designation of genera in accordan- ce with the Code.
