Danışana veya terapiste bağlı koşullar nedeniyle ruhsal bozukluklara yönelik tedavi uygulamalarının çevrimiçi olarak görüntülü görüşme şeklinde gerçekleştirilmesi günümüz şartlarında yaygın bir uygulamadır. Danışana bağlı koşullar sebebiyle çevrimiçi görüşme yöntemiyle yürütülen terapi sürecinin aktarıldığı bu çalışmanın, çevrimiçi ortamın ruhsal bozuklukların tedavisine katkısını göstermesi açısından önem taşıdığı düşünülmektedir. Bu olgu sunumunda, DSM-5'e göre obsesif kompulsif bozukluk (OKB) semptomları taşıyan 19 yaşındaki bir kadın danışanın Bilişsel Davranışçı Terapi (BDT) ekolüne bağlı müdahalelerle gerçekleştirilen tedavi süreci anlatılmıştır. 2 yıllık hastalık öyküsüne sahip kadın danışanın sayı sayma ve kirlenmeyle ilgili ısrarcı düşüncelere sahip olduğu görülmüştür. Danışan, bu ısrarcı düşüncelerin oluşturduğu rahatsızlık hissinden kurtulmak amacıyla çeşitli kompulsiyonlar gerçekleştirmektedir. Danışana bilişsel davranışçı terapi ekolü ışığında müdahaleler ve ev ödevleri uygulanmıştır. Uygulanan ev ödevleri danışanın sahip olduğu semptomların kendisini duygu, düşünce ve davranış yönünden değerlendirmesine olanak sağlamıştır. Bu olgu çalışmasında, obsesif kompulsif bozuklukla mücadelede danışanla olan bağlantının çevrimiçi olarak yüz yüze görüşme tekniğine yakın düzeyde gerçekleştirilebilmesi hedeflenmiş, çevrimiçi görüşme tekniğinin limitleri belirlenmiştir.
It is a common practice in today's conditions to carry out treatment applications for mental disorders in the form of online video calls due to conditions related to the client or therapist. It is thought that this study, in which the therapy process carried out by the online interview method is conveyed due to the conditions related to the client, is important in terms of showing the contribution of the online environment to the treatment of mental disorders. In this case report, the treatment process of a 19-year-old female client with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) symptoms according to DSM-5, with interventions related to the Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) school, is described. It was observed that the female client with a 2-year history of illness had persistent thoughts about counting and dirtying. The client performs various compulsions in order to get rid of the feeling of discomfort caused by these persistent thoughts. Interventions and homework assignments were applied to the client in the light of the cognitive behavioral therapy school. The homework assignments allowed the client to evaluate the symptoms he/she has in terms of his/her feelings, thoughts and behaviors. In this case study, it was aimed to establish the connection with the client online at a level close to the face-to-face interview technique in the fight against obsessive-compulsive disorder, and the limits of the online interview technique were determined.
