Abstract
II. Meşrutiyet Dönemi, Cumhuriyet'in ilk yıllarını da etkileyen bir dönem olmuştur. Hatta bu etki Türkiye Cumhuriyeti'nin demokratikleşmesi, sürecinde de kendini göstermiştir. İzmir kenti de bu dönemde, siyasal ve kültürel düşüncelerin önemli temsilcisi olan kentlerden biridir. Bu anlamda Meclis-i Mebusan'da yer alan İzmir mebusları hakkındaki bu çalışma literatürde önemli bir boşluğu doldurmaktadır.

Abstract
II. Constitutional Period has been a period affecting the early years of the Republic. This effect even showed itself in the process of Republic of Turkey's democratization process. The city Izmir is also one of cities that are important representatives of political and cultural thought in this period. In this sense, this study which is about Izmir deputies took place in Chamber of Deputies fills an important gap in the literature.
