Abstract

İmamiyye Şiası'nın teşekkül sürecindeki en önemli aşamalardan birisi gaybet dönemidir. Bu
makale on birind imarnın ölümüyle birlikte imami toplum içerisinde ortaya çıkan fikir aynlıklannı
ele almaktadır. Yazar, bu dönemde yaşanan sosyal sorunlann ve tarihi sürecin
İmilmi gaybet düşüncesinin oluşumundaki önemli etkisine işaret etmektedir. Yazara göre İmamiyye Şiası'nda gaybet düşüncesinin oluşum süreci, siyasi ve sosyal olayiann
itikadileştirilmesinin güzel bir örneğini oluşturmaktadır

THE CRISIS OF THE IMAMATE AND THE INSTITUTION OF OCCULTATION IN TWELVER SHI'ISM: A SOCIOHISTORICAL PERSPECTIVE

Abstract

One of the most important stages of formative period of Imami Shi'ism is the period of
occultation. This artide examines the conflicts that arisen in the Imami community with the
death of eleventh Imam. The Author emphasizes the important effect of social problems
and histarical period .on the instjtution of the idea of Imami occultation. According to the
author, the formative period of the theology of occuitation In Imami Shi'ism constitutes a good example of religization of politics and social developments.
