Abstract
Günümüzün bankacılık faaliyetleri ciddi gelişmeler göstermiş, ürün gamı
genişlemiş, yüz binlerce kişiye istihdam sağlamış ve ekonomiye ciddi katkılar
sağlamıştır. Bu faydaları sağlarken bünyesinde pek çok yapıyı, organizasyonu ve
süreci barındırmaktadır. Yapılan çalışmada bir katılım bankasının
bireysel krediler operasyon sürecine ilişkin bir süreç iyileştirme çalışması
yapılmıştır. Mevcut süreç detaylı analiz edilerek incelenmiş, süreçte temin
süresinde gecikmeye etki eden faktörler belirlenmiştir. Değer akış haritalama
çalışması yapılarak, mevcut süreçteki aksaklıklar giderilmiştir. Mevcut ve önerilen
süreç karşılaştırılarak, öneriler sunulmuştur.
