Abstract

Berrak hücreli renal hücreli karsinom, renal hücreli karsinomun en sık görülen alt tipidir. Cerrahi tedavi sonrası hastaların yarısından azında metastaz gelişebilmektedir.En sık görülen metastaz bölgeleri akciğer,lenf nodları,kemik ve karaciğerdir.Nadir de olsa gastrointestinal sisteme de metastaz yapabilmektedir. Kliniğe en sık başvuru şikayeti gastrointestinal kanamaya bağlı gelişen anemidir.Bu çalışmada iki farklı olguda berrak hücreli renal hücreli karsinomun mide ve rektosigmoid kolona metastazı sunulmuştur.

Rare metastases of clear cell renal cell carcinoma to gastrointestinal tract: two case reports

Abstract

Renal cell carcinoma (RCC) is among the most prevalent renal tumors in adults. Its most common subtype is the clear cell subtype. Despite radical nephrectomy, patients may experience recurrence and distant metastasis. Lymph node and distant metastases can also be expected in early-stage RCCs, and the metastasis risk increases by tumor size. Lung metastasis is considered important when it comes to the spread of the tumor to other organs. In this study, we presented two cases with rare gastrointestinal metastases of cRCC.
