ÖĞRENME EĞİLİMİ-İŞLETME PERFORMANSI İLİŞKİSİ: İNOVASYON STRATEJİSİ VE FORMEL YAPININ ROLÜ

Abstract

Bu araştırma, öğrenme eğilimi ve işletme performansı arasındaki ilişkide, inovasyon stratejisinin aracı etkisini, formel yapının da, inovasyon stratejisi ve işletme performansı arasındaki ilişkide ılımlaştırıcı etkisini ölçmeyi amaçlamaktadır. Araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak anket kullanılmaktadır. Araştırmanın örneklemini Gaziantep’te faaliyet gösteren ve Gaziantep Sanayi Odası’ndan 2012 yılı verilerine göre AR-GE ve inovasyon dalında ödül alan30işletmenin üst, orta ve alt kademe yöneticileri oluşturmaktadır. Araştırma anketinden elde edilen sonuçlar, inovasyon stratejisinin öğrenme eğiliminin tüm boyutları ile işletme performansı arasındaki ilişkide anlamlı bir aracılık etkisine sahip olduğunu göstermektedir. Bununla birlikte araştırma sonuçlarına göre, formel yapının, inovasyon stratejisi ve işletme performansı arasındaki ilişkisi üzerine ılımlaştırıcı bir etkisi olmadığı saptanmıştır.
