KRİTER AĞIRLIKLANDIRMA YÖNTEMLERİNDEN BWM VE FUCOM YÖNTEMLERİNİN KARŞILAŞTIRILMASI VE BİR UYGULAMA

Abstract

Çok kriterli karar verme yöntemlerinde kriter
ağırlıklandırma aşaması nihai karar vermeyi etkilemektedir. Bu nedenle
çalışmanın amacı kriterlerin ağırlık katsayılarının belirlenmesinde kullanılan
Best Worst Method (BWM) ve Full Consistency Method (FUCOM) yöntemlerini
karşılaştırarak bir uygulama üstünde göstermektir. Her iki yöntemin hem ortak
yönleri hem de hesaplama adımlarında birbirlerinden farklılıkları
bulunmaktadır.  Önerilen yöntemleri
göstermek için kullanılan uygulamada ideal özel okul seçimini etkileyen
kriterler kullanılmıştır. Bu kriterlerin tespiti ve derecelerini belirlemek
için Sivas Cumhuriyet Üniversitesi Eğitim Fakültesi üyeleri ile görüşülmüştür.
Bu kişilerin ortak görüşleri çalışmada karar verici olarak yer almaktadır. BWM
ile yapılan uygulama sonucunda
ideal özel okul seçimini etkileyen kriterler içinde başarı durumu
0,2947 ağırlığı ile en önemli kriter olurken okulun vizyonu/misyonu 0,0212
ağırlığı ile en önemsiz kriter olmuştur. FUCOM ile yapılan uygulama sonucunda
ideal özel okul seçimini etkileyen kriterler içinde bütçe 0,317 ağırlığı ile en
önemli kriter olmuştur. Ağırlık katsayılarının nihai değerleri LINGO 17
yazılımı ile elde edilmiştir.
