Critic-Moosra Yöntemi Ve Ups Seçimi Üzerine Bir Uygulama

Abstract

Elektrik
kesintilerinin bazı bölgelerde ya da bazı dönemlerde sık sık yaşanması, işlerin
aksamasına ve maliyetlerin artmasına neden olabilmektedir. Bu durumda oluşabilecek
zararları en aza indirmeye çalışan tüketiciler, kesintisiz güç kaynağı satın
almaktadır. Tüketiciler, bu satın alma sürecinde, mevcut imkânları
doğrultusunda, ihtiyaçlarını karşılayacak en uygun seçimi yapmaya çalışırlar. Bu
çalışmada tüketicilerin en uygun kesintisiz güç kaynağını seçimi yapabilmeleri
için çok kriterli karar verme tekniklerinden, hesaplama zamanının kısa olması,
matematiksel işlemlerin çok az olması, güvenilirliğin yüksek olması ve basit
bir şekilde uygulanabilirliği gibi çok önemli üstünlükleri bulunan MOOSRA yöntemi
kullanılmıştır. Bu doğrultuda fiyat, watt değeri, hacim (boyut), ağırlık,
gürültü seviyesi, priz çıkış sayısı, yetkili servis sayısı ve %90 kapasiteye
kadar şarj süresi kriterleri altında, 8 adet kesintisiz güç kaynağı alternatifi
incelenmiş ve performans sıralaması yapılmıştır. Kriter ağırlıklandırılmasında
ise objektif bir ağırlıklandırma yöntemi olan CRITIC metodu kullanılmıştır.
