                                                                                                <abstract><p>Bu çalışmada torf + perlit ve solucan gübresiyle zenginleştirilmiş torf + perlit ortamında yetiştirilen farklı Amerikan asma anaçlarının tuz stresi koşullarındaki tepkisinin belirlenmesi ve kompostun bitki gelişimine etkisinin belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Çalışma sonunda sürgün uzunluğu, sürgün yaş ve kuru ağırlığı, boğum ve yaprak sayısı, yaprak alanı, kök tolerans oranı, kök uzunluğu, kök yaş ve kuru ağırlığı, kök sayısı, klorofil içeriği, yaprak oransal su kapsamı, zarar derecesi, iyon akışı, hücre zarı zararlanma oranı incelenmiştir. Solucan gübresi, tuz stresinin yıkıcı etkilerini hafifletmede etkili bulunmuştur. Sonuçta 1103P anacının 110R anacına göre tuz stresine daha dayanıklı olduğu ve vermikompost kullanımının tuz stresini hafiflettiği sonucuna varılmıştır.</p></abstract>
                                                                                                                                    <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
                            <p>In this study, effect of vermicompost on 1103 P and 110 R grapevine rootstocks in salt stress conditions was investigated. Some shoot and root growth parameters and some physiological parameters were investigated in this experiment. In both rootstocks subjected to salt stress, especially root dry weight and root tolerance rate values were decreased and the degree of damage and cell membrane damage rate values were increased. 1103 P rootstock showed superior results in terms of most plant growth parameters compared to 110 R rootstock. It was determined that vermicompost was more effective on 1103 P rootstock in terms of most parameters examined. Based on the findings, it was concluded that 1103P rootstock is more resistant to salt stress than 110R rootstock and plants can be less adversely affected by salt stress with the use of vermicompost under saline conditions.</p></trans-abstract>
