                            <p>Citrus fruits (mandarin, orange, grapefruit and lemon) have an important place in the World fresh fruit trade. Production volume has increased nearly double worldwide over the past decade and it reached nearly 136 million tons in 2013 (FAO, 2016). The share of Turkey in this production is about 3.7 million tons. As for that 1 million ton of part of 28 million tons of mandarin produced (2014) worldwide belongs to Turkey (FAO, 2016). According to FAO data for 2012, our country has undertaken being the fourth in the world mandarin production after China, Spain and Brazil (FAO, 2016). The fertilization of Citrus Fruits, which is a fruit group highly important economically, is quite important in terms of increasing its market value.It is required to know different parts of plant and the amounts of nutrients uptake from the soil should be known in order to prepare fertilization programs in mandarin production. For this purpose, fruit samples were taken from the gardens located in Izmir and surrounding, in which mandarin production is widely made in the Aegean Region, and the samples were analyzed and thus it was aimed to determine the amounts of macro nutrients uptake from the soil with the fruits.</p></trans-abstract>
                                                                                                                                    <abstract><p>Turunçgiller (mandarin, portakal, greyfurt ve limon), dünya yaş meyve ticaretinde önemli bir yere sahiptir. Üretim miktarı dünya genelinde son on yılda yaklaşık iki katına çıkmış olup, 2013 yılında 136 milyon tona yaklaşmıştır (FAO, 2016). Türkiye’nin bu üretimdeki payı ise yaklaşık 3,7 milyon tondur. Dünya genelinde üretilen (2014) 28 milyon tonluk mandarinin ise 1 milyon tonluk kısmı Türkiye’ye aittir (FAO, 2016). FAO’nun 2012 yılı verilerine göre mandarin üretiminde ülkemiz; Çin, İspanya ve Brezilya’dan sonra dünya dördüncülüğünü üstlenmiştir (FAO, 2016). Ekonomik açıdan son derece önemli bir meyve grubu olan turunçgillerin gübrelenmesi pazar değerinin artırılması açısından oldukça önem taşımaktadır.Mandarin üretiminde gübreleme programlarının hazırlanması için, farklı bitki kısımları ile topraktan kaldırılan besin elementi miktarlarının bilinmesi gerekir. Bu amaçla, Ege Bölgesinde mandarin üretiminin yaygın olarak yapıldığı İzmir ili ve çevresindeki bahçelerden meyve örnekleri alınarak analiz edilmiş ve bu şekilde meyve ile topraktan kaldırılan makro besin elementi miktarlarının belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır.</p></abstract>
