Abstract
In this article the life of one of the close friends of the prophet “Ukase b.Mihsan b. Husran el-Esedi”, the date of his birth, the wars he attended, his relations with the prophet, the place and the date of his death are searched. It is searched whether the turbe(tomb) -known as Ökkesiye turbe in Gaziantep city?s Nurdagı town?s Sakçagözü village- is related with(to) Ukkase b. Mıhsan el Esedi or not.

Bu makalede, Hz. Peygamberin yakın arkadaGlarından olan ÜkkâGe b. Mihsan b. Hursân el-Esedî?nin hayatı incelenerek, onun doğumu, katıldığı seferler, Hz. Peygamberle olan yakınlığı, vefat yeri ve tarihi araGtırılmıGtır. Gaziantep Glimizin Nurdağı ilçesinin Sakçagözü köyü civarında bulunan ve halk arasında ÖkkeGiye türbesi olarak bilinen bu türbe ile ÜkkâGe b. Mihsan el-Esedî arasında bir ilgi olup olmadığı araGtırılmıGtır.
