USABILITY ANALYSIS OF E-ADALET CITIZEN MOBILE APPLICATION

Abstract

This study evaluated the usability of the E-Adalet Citizen Mobile Application developed by the Turkish Ministry of Justice. The research focused on the application's effectiveness, efficiency and user satisfaction. The user analysis was conducted with 10 volunteer participants aged 20-47. The task analysis results showed that most participants used the application effectively, but some tasks were challenging. The productivity analysis revealed that users spent more time on essential functions such as downloading the app and logging in. The user satisfaction survey indicated that the app offered a positive user experience overall but that improvements were needed in certain areas. Responses to open-ended questions indicated that the app was useful and straightforward, but content and menu navigation improvements were needed. This study showed how digital transformation is applied in the legal sector and facilitates citizens' access to justice services.

E-ADALET VATANDAŞ MOBİL UYGULAMASININ KULLANILABİLİRLİK ANALİZİ

Abstract

Bu çalışma, Türkiye Cumhuriyeti Adalet Bakanlığı tarafından geliştirilen E-Adalet Vatandaş Mobil Uygulamasının kullanılabilirliğini değerlendirmek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Araştırma, uygulamanın etkinliği, verimliliği ve kullanıcı memnuniyeti üzerine odaklanmıştır. Kullanıcı analizi, 20-47 yaş arasındaki 10 gönüllü katılımcı ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Görev analizi sonuçları, katılımcıların çoğunun uygulamayı etkin bir şekilde kullandığını göstermiştir, ancak bazı görevlerde zorluklar yaşanmıştır. Verimlilik analizi, kullanıcıların uygulamayı indirme ve giriş yapma gibi temel işlevlerde daha fazla zaman harcadıklarını ortaya koymuştur. Kullanıcı memnuniyet anketi, uygulamanın genel olarak olumlu bir kullanıcı deneyimi sunduğunu, ancak belirli alanlarda iyileştirmelerin gerektiğini belirtmiştir. Açık uçlu sorulara verilen yanıtlar, uygulamanın kullanışlı ve basit olduğunu, ancak içerik ve menü navigasyonu gibi konularda geliştirilmesi gerektiğini göstermiştir. Bu çalışma, dijital dönüşümün hukuk sektöründe nasıl uygulandığını ve vatandaşların adalet hizmetlerine erişimini kolaylaştırdığını göstermektedir.
