Imam Muhammad al-Shaibani, have collected knowledge from his master Abū Hanīfa until his death and from Abū Yūsuf until he was transferred task of kādı’l-kudāt (the head judge). He went to Medina for a while and participated in the scientific community Imam Mālik, and he narrated al-Muwatta’ from him within three and a half years. It was subject of curiosity in the science circles the question of whether Musannıf has made an oppositional preference to the Hanafī school in his work. In this study, we tried to find the answer to this question which is of interest. We found that Musannıf shared same opinion with Abū Hanīfa in many issues he dealted them and he work made diffirent choices in some cases. He preferred opposite of Abū Hanīfa in sixteen issues. He agree with Mālik in most issues and he prefers his own thinking in a couple of issues.
