Halk hikâyeleri, toplumun kolektif bilincinde yer edinen ve içerisinde kültürel değerleri barındıran ürünlerdir. Halk hikâyeleri icra edildiği toplumun bireylerinden ve hikâyeyi icra eden âşıktan bağımsız değildir. Hikâye anlatıcıları, hitap ettikleri toplumun değerleri ve zevkleri ölçüsünde icralarını gerçekleştirir. Kültürel unsurlar halk hikâyelerinin olay örgüsü içerisinde işlenir. Toplum içerisinde çocuk sahibi olma ve çocuksuzluk üzerine düşünsel bir kalıtım vardır. Çocuk sahibi olma; neslin devamı ve aile fertlerinin değer birikiminlerinin bir sonraki kuşağa aktarımını barındırır. Halk hikâyelerinde çocuk sahibi olma ve çocuksuzluk üzerine ifadeler yer almaktadır. Çocuksuzlukla ilgili geçen ifadeler genel itibariyle bir nesli devam ettirememe ve yoksunluk hissiyle bağdaştırılmıştır. Çocuk sahibi olamayan kahramanlar toplumun bireylerince dışlanmaktadır. Hikâye kahramanları çocuksuzluğun getirdiği yoksunluk hissiyle içerisinde bulunduğu ortamı terk etmektedir. Araştırmamızın sınırlılığı Âşık Mevlüt İhsanî’nin icra ettiği halk hikâyeleridir. Halk hikâyelerinin tespit ve incelenmesinde doküman analizi yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın amacı Mevlüt İhsanî’nin halk hikâyelerinde yer alan çocuksuzluk motifinin olay örgüsü ve kişiler üzerindeki etkisini incelemektir.
Folk stories are products that have a place in the collective consciousness of society and contain cultural values. Folk stories are not independent of the individuals of the society in which they are performed and the minstrel who performs the story. Storytellers perform their performances in accordance with the values and tastes of the society they address. Cultural elements are handled within the plot of folk tales. There is an intellectual inheritance within the society regarding having children and childlessness. Having children; It involves the continuation of the generation and the transfer of the value accumulation of family members to the next generation. In folk stories, there are expressions about having children and childlessness. Statements about childlessness are generally associated with the feeling of deprivation and the inability to continue a generation. Heroes who cannot have children are excluded by members of society. The story heroes leave their environment with the feeling of deprivation caused by childlessness. The limitation of our research is the folk stories told by Âşık Mevlüt İhsanî. Document analysis method was used to identify and examine folk stories. The aim of the research is to examine the effect of the childlessness motif in the folk stories of Mevlüt İhsanî on the plot and characters.
