Akıl ve irade gibi yetilerle donatılmış yegâne varlık olan insan, bu ayrıcalıklı konumunun bir gereği olarak eylemlerinin sonuçlarından sorumludur. Bu makalede Kur’ân-ı Kerîm’de insana yüklenen sorumlulukların farklı boyutlarının bütüncül yapısı ele alınmıştır. Çalışmanın temel amacı, insanın Allah’a, kendisine ve topluma karşı olan sorumluluk alanlarının birbirinden bağımsız olmadığını ve kendi aralarında hiyerarşik bir yapının bulunmadığını, aksine bunların bütüncül bir yapı arz ettiğinin altını çizmek; bireyin kendine ve topluma yönelik sorumluluklarının, ibadet yükümlülüklerinden daha az değerli olmadığını ortaya koymaktır. Ancak günümüz Müslüman toplumlarında din algısı genellikle namaz ve oruç gibi bireysel ibadetlere odaklanırken; adalet, kul hakkı ve sosyal sorumluluk gibi yine ilâhî kaynaklı olan sorumluluklar ihmal edilmekte, bu da dindarlığın ahlâkî ve toplumsal boyutlardan soyutlanarak ibadet merkezli dar bir çerçevede algılanmasına yol açmaktadır. Oysa Kur’ân, bireysel ibadetleri bile toplumsal sorumluluklarla bütünleştirerek kulluğun temel bileşeni sayar. İnsanın sorumluluğunun çeşitli yönlerinin ayrılmaz bir bütün olduğu tezini öne sürmesi bakımından özgün olan ve nitel doküman analizi yöntemiyle hazırlanmış bu çalışmada, sahih bir dinî bilinç ve kâmil bir Müslüman kimliğin inşasının, bahsi geçen tüm sorumluluk alanlarının birlikte ve eşit önemde kavranarak uygulanmasıyla mümkün olacağı vurgulanmaktadır. Araştırmanın neticesinde, din eğitimi politikalarının ve toplumsal dinî temsil biçimlerinin ahlâkî ve sosyal boyutları da içerecek ve pratiğe de yansıyacak şekilde yeniden yapılandırılmasının zaruri olduğu fikrine ulaşılmıştır.
As the only being endowed with faculties such as reason and will, man is responsible for the consequences of his actions as a requirement of this privileged position. In this article, the holistic structure of the different dimensions of the responsibilities imposed on man in the Qur’an is discussed. The main purpose of the study is to underline that the areas of responsibility of human beings towards God, themselves and society are not independent from each other and that there is no hierarchical structure among them, on the contrary, they present a holistic structure; to reveal that the responsibilities of the individual towards himself and society are not less valuable than the obligations of worship. However, the perception of religion in today's Muslim societies generally focuses on individual acts of worship such as prayer and fasting, while divinely inspired responsibilities such as justice, servant’s rights and social responsibility are neglected, which leads to a narrow perception of religiosity centered on worship by abstracting it from moral and social dimensions. However, the Qur’an integrates even individual acts of worship with social responsibilities and considers them as the basic component of obedience. This study, which is original in its proposition that the various aspects of human responsibility constitute an inseparable whole and is conducted through the method of qualitative document analysis, emphasizes that the construction of a sound religious consciousness and a mature Muslim identity can only be attained through the integrated and equally significant comprehension and implementation of all the aforementioned areas of responsibility. As a result of the research, it was concluded that religious education policies and social representations of religion need to be restructured in a way that includes moral and social dimensions and is reflected in practice.
