                            <p>Disasters are natural,technological or human made events that cause physical, economic and social losses.Disaster management includes some works that have to be organized and come tolife as soon as possible before disaster, during disaster, and after disaster. Inthis study, the problem of location choice for disaster station and collectingcenter which is one of the precautions before disaster was presented. Locatingthe containers called disaster stations in a suitable location to interfereeffectively and raise the rate of being alive is also an important step indisasters. Determining the locations of the containers in many alternatives isa difficult stage for managers. For this reason in this study, units were groupedas their coordinates by using clustering analysis and then suitable disasterstation locations were determined for all units via center of gravity method byconsidering the number of people. Proposed method was applied to a universitycampus and disaster stations locations were determined.</p></trans-abstract>
                                                                                                                                    <abstract><p>Afetler, toplum için fiziksel, ekonomik ve sosyalkayıplara neden olan doğal, teknolojik veya insan yapısı tabanlı &amp;nbsp;olaylardır. Afet yönetimi kapsamında afetöncesi, afet sırasında ve afet sonrası gerekli işlemlerin en kısa süredeorganize edilmesi ve gerçekleştirilmesi gerekmektedir. &amp;nbsp;Bu çalışmada afet öncesi önlemlerden biri olanafet istasyonlarının yer seçimi ve dolayısıyla kişilerin toplanma merkezinin belirlenmesiproblemi ele alınmıştır. Afet şartları içinde en hızlı ve en etkin şekilde müdahaleyapabilmek ve hayatta kalma oranlarını arttırabilmek için afet istasyonu olarakadlandırılan konteynırların en uygun yere yerleştirilmesi de önemli biradımdır. Alternatiflerin oldukça fazla olduğu bir ortamda en uygun konteynıryerinin belirlenmesi yöneticiler açısından zor bir seçim aşamasıdır. Bu nedenleçalışmada öncelikle kümeleme analizi kullanılarak birimler koordinatlarına göregruplandırılmış, ardından da kişi sayıları dikkate alınarak ağırlık merkeziyöntemiyle her bir grup için uygun afet istasyonu yerleri belirlenmiştir.Önerilen yöntem bir üniversite yerleşkesi için uygulanmış ve afet istasyonyerleri belirlenmiştir. &amp;nbsp;</p></abstract>
