Abstract

This article was inspired by the debates related to intervention, which has come out in international economic platforms recently. State takes part in economic life both as an actor and a regulator. Therefore, it was dwelled upon the position and the functions of state in economic life first. After explaining the theoretical framework related to regulation, it was discussed the main characteristics of regulatory bodies

REGÜLASYON POLİTİKALARI AÇISINDAN TÜRKİYE'DE BANKACILIK SİSTEMİNİN ANALİZİ

Abstract

Bu makale, özellikle son zamanlarda uluslararası ekonomik platformlarda meydana gelen müdahale yönlü tartışmalardan ilham almaktadır. Devlet, ekonomik hayatın içinde hem aktör hem de düzenleyici olarak faaliyet göstermektedir. Bu doğrultuda makalede öncelikle, devletin ekonomik hayat içerisindeki yeri ve fonksiyonları ele alınmıştır. Düzenleme ve denetleme ile ilgili teorik çerçeve açıklandıktan sonra, düzenleyici kurumların sahip olması gereken temel nitelikler tartışılmıştır
