Abstract

Sosyal politikalar toplumun tüm kesimlerine yönelik olsa da dar anlamda sosyal politika işçi ve çalışanların iş ilişkilerini ve bu ilişkiden doğan sorunları kapsamaktadır. Bu çalışmada, akademik yayınlarda sosyal politika ve çalışma hayatının temel unsuru olan bağlı çalışanlar hakkında yapılan yayınların bibliyometrik bir analizi yapılmıştır. Web of Science Core Collection veri tabanında yayınlanmış makale ve literatür makaleleri ele alınmıştır. “Sosyal politika” ve “çalışan/işçi” kavramları ile tarama yapılmış, toplamda 777 makale ve litaretür makalesine ulaşılmıştır. Elde edilen veriler, R programlama dili tabanlı bibliometrix paket programında analiz edilmiştir. Bulgular doğrultusunda sosyal politika ve çalışan bağlantılı yayınların genel görünümü, alandaki en üretken ve etkili yazar, çalışma, dergi, ülke ve kurumlar belirtilmiş, trend kavramlardaki değişiklik ile alandaki değişim, ortak atıf analizi ile birlikte alıntılanan yazar, çalışma ve dergiler arasındaki ilişki ağları ortaya çıkartılmıştır. Bunun için performans analizi, atıf analizi ve ortak atıf analizleri yapılmıştır.

SOCIAL POLICY AND LABOR LITERATURE

Abstract

Although social policies are aimed at all segments of the society, social policy in the narrow sense covers the business relations of workers and employees and the problems arising from this relationship. In this study, a bibliometric analysis of the publications made in academic publications about social policy and related employees, which is the main element of working life, was made. Articles and literature articles published in the Web of Science Core Collection database are selected. The concepts of "social policy" and "employee/worker" were searched and a total of 777 articles and literature articles were reached. The obtained data were analyzed in the R programming language based bibliometrix package program. In line with the findings, the general view of social policy and employee-related publications, the most productive and influential authors, studies, journals, countries and institutions in the field were specified, the change in the trend topics and the change in the field, the relationship networks between the cited authors, studies and journals were revealed with co-citation analysis. For this, performance analysis, citation analysis and co-citation analysis were performed.
