                            <p>Intellectual capital has become a more important resource for all organizations today than material resources. It can be said that this resource is even more important especially for institutions that provide labor-intensive services such as health services. Because the quality of the staff affects service delivery. Therefore, determining the level of intellectual capital in healthcare institutions and revealing the factors affecting intellectual capital are important to achieve institutional goals. This research attempted to determine the perception of intellectual capital of healthcare personnel and the perception of structural empowerment, which is assumed to be effective in revealing intellectual capital. The relationship between these two variables was evaluated and other factors affecting the perception of intellectual capital of healthcare personnel were tried to be determined. Research data were collected with a survey form and data obtained from 404 healthcare personnel were analyzed. Pearson Correlation Coefficient was used to determine the relationship between two variables. Hierarchical regression analysis was conducted to determine the factors affecting the perception of intellectual capital. In addition, it was evaluated whether there was a difference in the perception of intellectual capital and structural empowerment of healthcare personnel according to descriptive variables. As a result of the analysis, it was concluded that there is a high level and positive relationship between the perception of intellectual capital and the perception of structural strengthening. Among the regression models created, it was determined that having a graduate level education, gender and sector variables in the first model had a 9% prediction on the perception of intellectual capital. In the second model, it was determined that the variables of having an associate&#039;s degree, undergraduate degree or graduate education and structural empowerment predicted the perception of intellectual capital by 62%.</p></trans-abstract>
                                                                                                                                    <abstract><p>Entelektüel sermaye günümüzde tüm örgütler için maddi kaynaklardan daha önemli bir kaynak haline gelmiştir. Bu kaynağın özellikle sağlık hizmetleri gibi emek yoğun hizmet sunan kurumlar için daha da önemli olduğu söylenebilir. Çünkü personelin sahip olduğu nitelik hizmet sunumunu etkilemektedir. Bu nedenle sağlık kurumlarındaki entelektüel sermaye düzeyinin belirlenmesi ve entelektüel sermaye üzerinde etkili olan faktörlerin ortaya çıkarılması kurumsal hedeflere ulaşılabilmesi için önem arz etmektedir. Bu araştırma ile sağlık personelinin entelektüel sermaye algısı ve entelektüel sermayenin ortaya çıkarılmasında etkili olduğu varsayılan yapısal güçlendirme algısı belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır. Bu iki değişkenin birbiri ile olan ilişkisi değerlendirilmiş ve sağlık personelinin entelektüel sermaye algısı üzerinde etkili olan diğer faktörler belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır. Araştırma verileri oluşturulan anket formu ile toplanmış olup 404 sağlık personelinden elde edilen veriler analiz edilmiştir. İki değişken arasındaki ilişkinin belirlenmesinde Pearson Korelasyon Katsayısı kullanılmıştır. Entelektüel sermaye algısı üzerinde etkili olan faktörlerin belirlenmesi amacıyla hiyerarşik regresyon analizi yapılmıştır. Ayrıca betimleyici değişkenlere göre sağlık personelinin entelektüel sermaye ve yapısal güçlendirme algısında bir farklılık olup olmadığı değerlendirilmiştir. Yapılan analizler sonucunda entelektüel sermaye algısı ile yapısal güçlendirme algısı arasında yüksek düzeyde ve pozitif yönlü bir ilişki olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Oluşturulan regresyon modellerinden birinci modeldeki lisansüstü düzeyinde eğitim almış olmak, cinsiyet ve sektör değişkenlerinin entelektüel sermaye algısı üzerinde %9 oranında bir yordayıcılığı olduğu tespit edilmiştir. İkinci modeldeki ön lisans, lisans, lisansüstü düzeyde eğitim almış olmak ve yapısal güçlendirme değişkenlerinin ise entelektüel sermaye algısını %62 oranında yordadığı saptanmıştır.</p></abstract>
