Mikroalaşımlı Hardox 400 Çelik Yüzeyinin Plazma Transferli Ark Kaynak Yöntemiyle Alaşımlandırılması ve İncelenmesi

Abstract

Bu araştırmada, mikroalaşımlı Hardox 400 çeliğin yüzeyi, Plazma Transfer Ark (PTA) kaynak yöntemi kullanılarak FeCrC, SiC, TiC ve B4C tozları ile alaşımlandırılmıştır. PTA kaynak yöntemiyle yapılan yüzey alaşımlama işleminde ilave tozların mikroalaşımlı Hardox 400 çelik üzerindeki etkisi araştırılmıştır. Alaşımlanan numunelerin kaplama tabakalarının mikroyapıları, Hv cinsinden sertlik değerleri, SEM, EDS ve XRD analizleri incelenmiştir. Yapılan bu incelemeler sonucunda; yüzey kaplama için kullanılan tozlarının tamamı, PTA kaynağı enerjisi sayesinde ergidiği için katılaşma sonrası mikroyapılarda FeB, Fe2B, Fe3(C, B), Fe5C2, M(Cr,Fe)7-23, (C,B)3-6 , Cr3(C,B) fazlarının oluştuğu görülmüştür. Ayrıca kaplama tabakası ile alt tabakanın metalürjik olarak bir bağ meydana getirdiği gözlemlenmiştir. FeCrC, SiC, TiC ve B4C tozları ile kaplanan yüzeylerde sertlik değerlerinde büyük bir artış meydana geldiği tespit edilmiştir.
