TRAFİKTE YAŞANAN DIŞSALLIKLARA BİR ÇÖZÜM ÖNERİSİ OLARAK AKILLI ULAŞIM SİSTEMLERİ: ÇANAKKALE ÜZERİNE NİCEL BİR ARAŞTIRMA

Abstract

Türkiye’de hem nüfus ve araç sahipliği hem de
kentsel alanlarda yaşayanların sayısı günden güne artmaktadır. Bu artış ile
trafikte hareketliliğin nedenleri de farklılaşmakta, buna ulaşımın karmaşık ağ
yapısı ile kullanılan araçların çeşitliliği de eklenince ekonomik, sosyal ve
çevresel olmak üzere birçok alanda pozitif ve negatif dışsallıkların yaşanması
kaçınılmaz olmaktadır. Çalışmada, Çanakkale’nin merkez trafiği için yayalar ile
sürücülere yönelik anket çalışması yapılmış, negatif dışsallıkların
giderilmesi, pozitif dışsallıkların daha da arttırılması adına Akıllı Ulaşım
Sistemlerinin kullanımının geliştirilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Çanakkale özelinde
yaya ve sürücülerin tutum ve davranışları değerlendirilerek trafik sorununa akıllı
ulaşım bağlamında çözüm önerilerinde bulunulmuştur.
