<p>Since the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic process, healthcare professionals have an important role in combating the disease. The rapid spread of Covid-19 all over the world and the lack of a solution has increased the anxiety and stress levels of healthcare professionals as well as all individuals. They are adversely affected physically, mentally and spiritually due to many reasons such as the high risk of contagion to themselves and their families, working with protective equipment, and increasing workloads and working hours. It can be said that this situation will decrease the level of commitment to their profession and institutions. In this context, this study aims to examine the effects of health care workers&#039; coping styles on their organizational commitment. In a study conducted with 239 healthcare professionals working in a private hospital, Organizational Commitment Scale and Coping with Stress Scale were used. As a result of this study, it has been observed that the use of self-confident approach and optimistic approach among the methods of coping with stress by healthcare workers will positively affect and increase the organizational commitment levels of the employees.</p></trans-abstract>
