Bibliometric Analysis of Performance Measurement in Digital Supply Chains

Abstract

Performance measurement is essential for digital supply chains to remain competitive and optimize operations. Digital supply chains are more intricate and involve worldwide operations than traditional ones. This study aims to identify current research gaps and demonstrate the necessity for scholarly research on performance measurement in digital supply chains. The topic is quite essential, although studies have yet to be done on it, according to bibliometric analysis done with a VOS viewer. This study aims to outline possible avenues for further research in this field and serve as a foundation for future investigations into the comprehension and application of performance measurement in digital supply chains. The study is expected to contribute to the relevant literature.

Dijital Tedarik Zincirlerinde Performans Ölçümünün Bibliyometrik Analizi

Abstract

Performans ölçümü, dijital tedarik zincirlerinin rekabetçi kalması ve operasyonları optimize etmesi için olmazsa olmazdır. Dijital tedarik zincirleri, geleneksel olanlardan daha karmaşıktır ve dünya çapında operasyonları içerir. Bu çalışma, mevcut araştırma boşluklarını belirlemeyi ve dijital tedarik zincirlerinde performans ölçümü üzerine akademik araştırmanın gerekliliğini göstermeyi amaçlamaktadır. VOS görüntüleyicisiyle yapılan bibliyometrik analize göre, konu oldukça önemlidir, ancak henüz üzerinde çalışmalar yapılmamıştır. Bu çalışma, bu alanda daha fazla araştırma için olası yolları ana hatlarıyla belirtmeyi ve dijital tedarik zincirlerinde performans ölçümünün anlaşılması ve uygulanmasına yönelik gelecekteki araştırmalar için bir temel oluşturmayı amaçlamaktadır. Çalışmanın ilgili literatüre katkıda bulunması beklenmektedir.
