                                                                                                <abstract><p>In this paper, it was summarized with the same named continuing PhD Dissertation of the author. The topic of this study; developing a method for, calculating and offering the most pertinent solution to a metro system’s construction and operation costs which includes different alternatives for capacity, train sets, construction methods, etc. For this purpose, a software has been developed for optimizing metro systems construction and operation costs. This software shall be used as basis source for the feasibility studies done for metro systems. Finally, the study aims to offer; proposed software model must meet the estimated transport demand for the target year, and also satisfies minimum construction and operating costs with alternatives. BB-BC Genetic Algorithm method and Results of the Simulator X were used for the optimization.</p></abstract>

                            <p>Bu yazıda, aynı yazarın devam eden doktora tezi ile özetlenmiştir. Bu çalışmanın konusu; Bir metro sisteminin, kapasite, tren setleri, inşaat yöntemleri vb. için farklı alternatifleri içeren inşaat ve işletme maliyetlerine en uygun çözümü hesaplamak ve sunmak için bir yöntem geliştirmektir.Bu amaçla, metro sistemleriveoperasyon maliyetleriyapımını optimize etmek için bir yazılım geliştirilmiştir.Önerilen metro koridoru ve bu bölgenin diğer değişken verileri için hazırlanan seyahat talebi sonuçları, maliyet optimizasyon yazılımının girdileridir.Düşey tasarım kriterleri ışığında alternatif boylamsal profiller sunulacak ve algoritmalarla uygun istasyon tipleri ve iz tipleri sunulacaktır. Bu yazılım, optimum metro sisteminin toplam yapım maliyetini önerecektir. Bu önerilertren setinin 4-8 araç arasında degismesine gore her bir inşaat maliyeti türüne göre bulunacaktır. Optimizasyon için BB-BC Genetik Algoritma Yöntemi ve Simülatör X&#039;in Sonuçları kullanılmıştır. Bu yazılım metro sistemleri için yapılan fizibilite çalışmaları için temel kaynak olarak kullanılacaktır. Son olarak, çalışma sunmayı amaçlamaktadır; Önerilen yazılım modeli, tahmini taşıma talebini karşılamalıdır. Hedef yıl ve ayrıca alternatiflerle minimum inşaat ve işletme maliyetlerini karşılar.</p></trans-abstract>
