Abstract

Özet:Hemşirelik mesleği teorik bilgi ve
uygulamanın birleştiği, kuramsal çerçeveye dayalı bir sağlık disiplinidir.
Kuram ve modellere dayalı olarak sunulan hemşirelik bakımı insan-sağlık
ilişkisinde yol göstericidir. Ayrıca model kullanımı hemşirelik bakımının
sistematize edilmesi açısından önemlidir. “Roy Uyum Modeli” hemşirelik
bakımında sık kullanılan, bireyin uyumunun sağlanmasında etkili olan ve kolay
kullanılabilen bir modeldir. Gebeliğinin 23. haftasında perinatal kayıp yaşayan
bir kadının, yeni durumuna uyumunun değerlendirilmesi ve destekleyici bakım
verilmesi amacıyla bu model kullanılmıştır. Hastanın verileri; fizyolojik alan,
benlik kavramı alanı, rol fonksiyon alanı, karşılıklı bağlılık alanı
çerçevesinde ele alınmıştır ve NANDA-I tanılama sistemi ile bakım planı hazırlanmıştır.

Nursing Care Plan Prepared According to Roy Adaptation Model for a Woman Who Had Stillbirth

Abstract

Nursing profession is a
health discipline based on theoretical framework where theoretical knowledge
and practice are combined. The nursing care based on theories and models is a
guide in the relationship between human and health. In addition, the use of the
model is important for the systematization of nursing care. Roy Adaptation
Model is frequently used in nursing care, which is effective in ensuring the
adaptation of the individual and can be used easily. This model was used to
evaluate the adaptation of a woman who experienced perinatal loss in the 23^rd
gestational weeks of her pregnancy to her new condition and to provide
supportive care. Patient data evaluated in physiological field, self-concept
field, role function area, interdependence and care plan has been prepared with
NANDA-I diagnostic system.
