                                                                                                                        <abstract><p>Bu araştırmada RAPD-PCR yöntemi kullanılarak, üç farklı kuluçkahanedeki damızlık gökkuşağı alabalıkları (Oncorhynchus mykiss) arasında genetik çeşitliliğin belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Muğla-Fethiye, Burdur-Gölhisar ve Denizli-Çameli yöresinde üretim yapan üç işletmeye ait toplam 45 damızlık balık materyal olarak kullanılmıştır. Üç populasyonda hesaplanan genetik benzerlik değerleri oldukça düşük bulunmuştur. Fethiye populasyonu içinde ortalama 0.429, Çameli populasyonu içinde 0.311 ve Gölhisar populasyounda 0.348 olarak hesaplanmıştır. Ortalama populasyon içi genetik farklılık değerleri ise Fethiye populasyonunda 0.571, Çameli populasyonunda 0.689 ve Gölhisar populasyonunda 0.652 olarak hesaplanmıştır. Populasyonlar arası genetik farklılık değeri olduça yüksek bulumuştur. En yüksek genetik farklılık değeri Fethiye-Gölhisar populasyonları arasında 0.752 olarak, en düşük ise Fethiye-Çameli populasyonları arasında 0.659 olarak belirlenmiştir</p></abstract>
