Abstract

Yaşlılarda
görülen senkop, gençlere oranla daha çok kardiyak kökenli olup mortalite ve
morbiditesi diğer yaş gruplarına göre daha yüksek, hastalık grupları ile
seyreden ani kardiyak ölümün ilk belirtisi olan geçici bilinç kaybıdır. Bu
makalede yaşlılarda kardiyak senkop nedenleri, tanı ve tadavi yaklaşımı
üzerinde durulmuştur.
