Plagiarism Policy

Plagiarism is an unethical act that refers to copying someone's earlier idea, process, results and words without explicit acknowledgment to the original source or author.

Academia Journal of Educational Research is an international peer-reviewed journal that publishes articles and reviews on educational research.

Submitted articles are evaluated by a double-blind peer-review system. Academia Journal of Educational Research and its board members take the issue of plagiarism seriously and meticulously.



Plagiarism Evaluation Principles

1- Articles that have not been previously published or are not currently under review in another journal and approved by each author are accepted for evaluation.

2- The submitted manuscripts are scanned for plagiarism by the intihal.net software during the uploading process and an informative e-mail is sent to the author by the software.

3- The author continues the process of uploading the work to the journal according to the result of the plagiarism software. 

4- All authors submitting articles to the journal are expected to comply with ethical standards and avoid all forms of plagiarism (Full, Partial and Self).

5- Studies suspected of plagiarism are first reviewed by the Editorial Board of the journal.

6- The journal requests information from the author(s) of the suspected study. If it does not receive information within 15 days, it requests an investigation of the allegation with the institution to which the author is affiliated.
