Romatoid Artrit Hastalarının Ulnar ve Radyal Arter Doppler İndekslerinin Karşılaştırılması

Abstract

Bu çalışmada 40 Romatoid artritli hasta ile 40 sağlıklı gönüllü kişilerin sağ ve sol el ulnar ve radyal arter Doppler sinyalleri kaydedilerek kan akışı incelenmiştir. Geleneksel Doppler indekslerinden olan rezistif indeks (RI) ve pulsatilite indeks (PI) ile sistolik/diyastolik (S/D) oranı karşılaştırılmıştır. Ulnar arter için ortalama RI ve PI değerleri RA`lı hastalarda sağlıklı gönüllülere göre daha yüksek olduğu, ortalama S/D oranında sağ el için RA`lı hastalarda sağlıklı gönüllülere göre daha düşük ve sol el için ise daha yüksek olduğu görülmüştür. Radyal arter için ortalama RI değerleri RA`lı hastalarda sağlıklı gönüllülere göre daha yüksek olduğu, ortalama PI ve S/D oranında ise RA`lı hastalarda sağlıklı gönüllülere göre daha düşük olduğu görülmüştür.

Comparison of Ulnar and Radial Artery Doppler Indexes of Rheumatoid Arthritis Patients

Abstract

In this study, the blood flow was examined by recording the right and left hand Ulnar and Radial artery Doppler signals of 40 rheumatoid arthritis patients and 40 healthy volunteers. The resistive index (RI) and pulsatility index (PI), which are traditional Doppler indices, the systolic / diastolic (S / D) ratio were compared for patients and healthy volunteers. It was observed that the mean RI and PI values for the ulnar artery were higher in RA patients than in healthy volunteers, while the mean S / D ratio was lower for the right hand in RA patients compared to healthy volunteers and higher for the left hand. It was observed that the mean RI values for the radial artery were higher in RA patients compared to healthy volunteers, and the mean PI and S / D ratio was lower in RA patients compared to healthy volunteers.
