                            <p>This study aims to adapt to the Healthand Work Performance Questionnaire into Turkishand analyze its validity and reliability. A total of 253 white-collars (122women &amp;amp; 131 men) participated in the study. In data analysis, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factoranalysis, and Cronbach alpha coefficientswere used. The results of exploratory and confirmatory factor analysesshowed that HWPQ comprised of 2 factors, with each evidencing acceptable reliability coefficients.</p></trans-abstract>
                                                                                                                                    <abstract><p>Bu çalışmanın amacı Sağlık ve İş Performans Ölçeğinin (SİPÖ) Türkçe ’yeuyarlayarak geçerliliği ve güvenilirliğini sınamaktır. Toplam 253 (122 kadın&amp;amp; 131 erkek) beyaz yaka çalışana SİPÖ uygulanmıştır. Verilerin analizindeAçıklayıcı Faktör Analizi, Doğrulayıcı Faktör Analizi, Cronbach Alfa güvenirlikkatsayısı uygulanmıştır. Açıklayıcı Faktör Analizi ve Doğrulayıcı FaktörAnalizi iki boyutlu modele uyum sağladığını ve kabul edilir geçerliliğe sahipolduğunu göstermektedir.</p></abstract>
