Sağlık durumu nedeniyletedavi gördüğü sürece okuluna devam edemeyen öğrenciler gerekli şartlarauymaları halinde evde veya hastanede eğitim görmektedir. Evde eğitim görmekisteyen öğrencilerin velilerinin tedavi gören öğrencinin en az 12 hafta okulunadevam edemeyeceğini gösteren sağlık raporu ile bölgesinde bulunduklarırehberlik ve araştırma merkezlerine başvurmaları gerekmektedir. Evde eğitimhizmetinin baş aktörü olan öğretmenler süreci doğrudan yönetmeklegörevlidirler. Evde ya da hastanede öğrenciye birebir eğitim vermeleri,öğretmenleri bu konunun en önemli bilgi kaynağı haline getirmiştir. Bu araştırma,sağlık durumlarının el vermemesi nedeniyle eğitimlerine evde veya hastanededevam eden öğrencilerin derslerinde görevli öğretmenlerin evde eğitim hizmetihakkındaki görüşlerinin incelenmesini amaçlamaktadır. Araştırma çalışma grubuİstanbul ili Kadıköy ilçesinde hizmet veren Kadıköy Rehberlik ve AraştırmaMerkezine kayıtlı olan öğrencilerin evde veya hastanede eğitim derslerindegörevli 10 öğretmenden oluşmaktadır. Araştırma nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden “olgubilim” desendeplanlanmıştır. Veri toplama aracı olarak araştırmacılar tarafından ilgiliaraştırmalar incelenerek ve uzman görüşü alınarak hazırlanmış olan yarıyapılandırılmış görüşme formu kullanılmıştır. Veriler yarı yapılandırılmış soruformları kullanılarak yüz yüze görüşme yapılarak toplanmıştır. Toplananveriler, içerik analiz tekniği ile değerlendirilerek anlamlı hale getirilmiştir.Araştırma sonuçlarına göre, evde ve hastanede eğitim hizmetinde görevlendirilenöğretmenlerin bu uygulamayı çok faydalı bulmaktadırlar. Öğretmenler evde eğitimhizmetini değerlendirdiklerinde; teknolojiye ulaşmada sıkıntı yasladıklarını,öğrencilerin tedavi sürecinde olmasından dolayı ders motivasyonunun olumsuzetkilediğini, öğrencinin tedavisi için derse sık sık ara verilmesi vegörevlendirilen öğretmenlerin şartlarının iyileştirilmesi konularında da görüşbildirmişlerdir. Evde eğitim hizmetinde görevli öğretmenlere teknolojikaltyapıyı sunmak amacıyla ARGE çalışmaları yapılması, öğrencilerin evdeeğitimde kullanılacak öğretim programlarının öğrenciye uygun olacak şekildeesnek hale getirilmesi, ders saatlerinin öğrencinin tedavi gördüğü kuruluştanbilgi alarak düzenlenmesi ve evde eğitimde görevlendirilen öğretmenlerin ulaşımlarınınsağlanması konusunda iyileştirmeler yapılması önerilmektedir.
Students who are unable to attend the school as long as they are treatedbecause of their health condition receive their education at home or inhospital if they meet the necessary conditions. Parents of the students whowant to receive education at home need to apply to the guidance and researchcenters in their region with a medical report showing that the studentreceiving treatment can not attend the school for at least 12 weeks. Teacherswho are the main actors of home education services are directly responsible formanaging the process. Teachers' one-to-one education at home or in the hospitalhas made teachers the most important source of information for this subject.This study aims to examine the opinions on home education services of theteachers responsible for students who continue their education at home or inthe hospital due to health problems. The research study group consisted of 10teachers responsible for at home or in hospital education of the students registeredin Kadıköy Guidance and Research Center in Kadıköy, Istanbul. The research isplanned as "phenomenology" among qualitative research methods. As adata collection tool, the semi-structured interview form which was prepared bythe researchers by analyzing the related researches and taking the expertopinion, was used. Data were collected by face-to-face interviews usingsemi-structured questionnaires. The collected data were made meaningful byevaluating by content analysis technique. According to the results of thisstudy, teachers who are assigned to home and hospital education services findthis practice very useful. When teachers evaluated the home education services,they expressed their opinion about having difficulties in reaching technology,negatively affecting the motivation of the students due to the treatmentprocess, the frequent interruption of the course for the treatment of thestudent and the improvement of the conditions of the teachers assigned. Inorder to present the technological infrastructure to the teachers working inhome education, it is recommended to perform R & D studies, make thestudents' home-based teaching programs flexible to suit the student, arrangethe course hours by getting information from the institution where the studentis treated and improve the transportation possibilities of the teachersassigned to the home education services.
