Kısraklarda Doğum Sonrası Metritisin Sebepleri ve Tedavisi

Abstract

Kısraklarda doğum sonrası metritis görülme sıklığı düşüktür, fakat doğum sırası yaralanma ve yavru zarlarının atılamadığında ise artmaktadır. Postpartum metritis; genital bölgenin yaralanması, uterus durgunluğu ve yavru zarları-nın atılamaması ile ilişkilidir. Yaygın olarak tespit edilen bakteriler; E. coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Klebsiella pneu-moniae, Streptococcus zooepidemicus, beta hemolitik streptokoklar ve stafilokoklardır. Tedavi; uterus yıkaması, oksito-sin kullanımı, kontrollü egzersiz, damar içi sıvı verilmesi, geniş spektrumlu antibiyotik ve antiinflamatuvar kullanımını içermektedir. Bu derlemede, son literatürler ışığında kısraklarda doğum sonrası görülen metritisin sebepleri ve tedavisi değerlendirildi.
