                                                                                                <abstract><p>Bu araştırmada içsel pazarlama uygulamalarının çalışanların iş tatmini üzerine etkisi ve örgütsel adaletin aracı rolünün olup olmadığının belirlenmesi amaçlanmaktadır. Buna dayanarak araştırma kapsamında içsel pazarlama uygulamalarının çalışanların iş tatmini üzerindeki etkisi ve örgütsel adaletin aracılık rolü incelenmiştir. Çalışmada, bir büyükşehir belediyesinin 300 çalışanına anket uygulaması yapılmıştır. Analizler sonucunda; kamu sektörünün uyguladığı içsel pazarlama faaliyetleri, çalışanların iş tatminini pozitif yönde ve anlamlı şekilde etkilediği sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.</p></abstract>
                                                                                                                                    <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
                            <p>It is aimed to determine mediating role organizational justice in the influence of internal marketing practies of scholars on job satisaction. Based on this, the influence of internal marketing practices on the job satisfaction of the employees and the mediating role of organizational justice was examined. In the study, a survey was applied to 300 employees of a metropolitan municipality. As a result of the analysis; internal marketing practies implemented by the public sector affect the job satisfaction of employees positively and significantly.</p></trans-abstract>
