                                                                                                <abstract><p>Sağlıkalanında tedavi veya teşhis amacıyla kullanılan radyoizotoplar genelliklesiklotron veya reaktörler ile üretilmektedir. Radyoizotopların hangi reaksiyonile üretileceğini, üretimde kullanılacak olan mermi parçacıklarının enerjisini,hedef çekirdek ve reaksiyonun tesir kesitleri belirlemektedir. 57Co radyoizotopu genellikle B12 vitamini eksikliği içinSchilling testinde kullanılmaktadır. Gastrointestinal B12 vitamini emilimtayini, nükleer tıp laboratuvarları tarafından sunulan ilk testler arasında yeralmaktadır.Buçalışmada, alfa parçacıkları ile gerçekleştirilen 55Mn(⍺,2n), 54Fe(⍺,p),56Fe(⍺,2n+p), 59Co(⍺,2n+⍺), 59Co(⍺,x) ve 58Ni(⍺,p+⍺)reaksiyonları ile 57Co radyoizotopunun üretim reaksiyonlarınınuyarılma fonksiyonları incelenmiştir. TALYS 1.8 programı kullanılarak yapılanhesaplamalar, EXFOR kütüphanesinden alınan deneysel veriler ve teorik hesaplamasonuçları karşılaştırılarak reaksiyon tesir kesitleri grafikleri sunulmuştur.</p></abstract>
