                                                                                                <abstract><p>Bu çalışma rizobakteri ve IBA uygulamalarının Bursa Siyahı incir çeliklerinin köklenmesi ve vejetatif gelişmesi üzerine etkilerini belirlemek amacıyla yürütülmüştür. Çalışmada, 20-25 cm uzunluğundaki emzikli çeliklere Aeromonas AE 425 rizobakteri ve 1000 ppm IBA uygulanmıştır. Bu kapsamda çeliklerde köklenme yüzdesi (%), kök sayısı (adet) ve uzunluğu (cm), sürgün uzunluğu (cm), sürgün ve yaprak sayıları (adet) incelenmiştir. Çalışma sonucunda, Bursa Siyahı çeliklerinde Rizobakteri+IBA uygulamasından en yüksek köklenme oranı (%90.00) elde edilmiştir. En yüksek kök sayısı IBA ve Rizobakteri+IBA uygulamalarında (sırasıyla, 31.43 adet/çelik ve 28.00 adet/çelik) belirlenmiştir. En düşük köklenme yüzdesi ve kök sayısı kontrol (sırasıyla, %56.66 ve 13.44 adet/çelik)) ve Rizobakteri (sırasıyla, %55.00 ve 8.33 adet/çelik) uygulamalarından elde edilmiştir. Rizobakteri+IBA uygulanan çelikler en uzun sürgünlere (14.52 cm) sahip olurken, kontrol bitkilerinde sürgün uzunluğu en düşük (9.58 cm) olarak tespit edilmiştir. Sonuç olarak, Bursa Siyahı incir çeliklerinde köklenme başarısını artırmada Rizobakteri+IBA kombinasyonunun etkili bir uygulama olduğu ve özellikle köklenme oranı, kök sayısı ve sürgün gelişimi bakımından olumlu sonuçlar verdiği söylenebilir.</p></abstract>
                                                                                                                                    <trans-abstract xml:lang="en">
                            <p>This study was conducted to determine the effects of rhizobacteria and IBA applications on the rooting and vegetative growth of Bursa Siyahı fig cuttings. Aeromonas 425 rhizobacteria and 1000 ppm IBA were applied to 20-25 cm long cuttings. Rooting percentage (%), root number (number), root length (cm), shoot length (cm), and shoot and leaf numbers (number) were evaluated. The highest rooting percentage (90.00%) was obtained in Bursa Siyahı cuttings treated with Rhizobacteria+IBA. The highest root numbers were found in the IBA and Rhizobacteria+IBA treatments (31.43 roots/cutting and 28.00 roots/cutting, respectively). The lowest rooting percentage and root number were recorded in the control (56.66% and 13.44 roots/cutting, respectively) and Rhizobacteria (55.00% and 8.33 roots/cutting, respectively) treatments. Cutting treated with Rhizobacteria+IBA had the longest shoots (14.52 cm), while the control group had the shortest shoot length (9.58 cm). In conclusion, the combination of IBA and Rhizobacteria is an effective treatment for enhancing rooting success in Bursa Siyahı fig cuttings, particularly improving rooting rate, root number, and shoot development.</p></trans-abstract>
