This descriptive-correlational study included a sample of 271 women within the first 48-72 hours postpartum. Data were collected using the Descriptive Information Form, the Women’s Perception of Respectful Maternity Care Scale-Turkish Version, and the Mothers' Autonomy in Decision Making Scale. Data analysis included simple linear regression, t-tests, and one-way analysis of variance.
