<p>In this case report, the effects of art therapy applied to two university students experiencing traumatic grief were examined. Participants underwent a five-session art therapy programme. Pre- and post-intervention assessments revealed a decrease in scores on the Unfinished Business in Bereavement Scale and an increase in scores on the Post-Traumatic Growth Inventory. It has been determined that art therapy assists participants in reducing physical symptoms, strengthening coping mechanisms, establishing social relationships, and improving academic success. The findings suggest that art therapy may be an effective intervention in the bereavement process, supporting emotional regulation and finding new meaning in life. Art therapy is recommended as a valuable and feasible method that can be integrated into counselling services to alleviate the academic, social, and psychological consequences of traumatic grief in university students.</p></trans-abstract>
