                                                                                                <abstract><p>Öğrencilerin etkili ve verimli bir şekilde eğitim görebilmeleri için okulun içerisinde ki tüm paydaşların işbirliği ve uyum içerisinde çalışıyor olması gerekmektedir. Okul içerisinde uyumlu ve işbirliği içerisinde çalışabiliyor olmak okul içinde ki iletişimin niteliği ile ilgilidir. Bu niteliğin kalitesini belirleyen en önemli unsur ise güven olduğu söylenebilir. Bu bağlamda bu çalışma, TRB1 bölgesinde bulunan spor liselerinde ki beden eğitimi ve spor öğretmenlerinin örgütsel güven davranışlarını incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak Erden tarafından geliştirilen ‘Örgütsel Güven’ ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Araştırmaya 118 erkek 54 kadın beden eğitimi ve spor öğretmeni katılmıştır. Araştırmanın sonuçlarına göre, örgütsel güven düzeyi ile cinsiyet ve eğitim düzeyleri arasında anlamlı farklılık olmamasına karşın lisans seviyesinde ki katılımcıların örgütsel güvens eviyelerinin daha fazla olduğu, kadınların ise değerler ve tutumlar, doğruluk, yetkinlik, tutarlık, sadakat, açıklık ve ilgi alt boyutlarında daha fazla puan ortalamasına sahip oldukları görülmüştür.</p></abstract>

                            <p>For students to receive effective and efficient education, it is imperative that all stakeholders within the school collaborate and cooperate. The ability to foster harmony and cooperation within the school setting is directly correlated with the quality of communication among its members. Trust emerges as the paramount factor influencing the quality of this communication. With this objective in mind, the present study seeks to explore the organizational trust behaviors exhibited by physical education and sports teachers in sports high schools situated in the TRB1 region. The data collection instrument employed for this investigation was the &#039;Organizational Trust&#039; scale developed by Erden. A total of 118 male and 54 female physical education and sports teachers participated in the study. Despite no significant variance observed in the level of organizational trust concerning gender and educational levels, participants holding undergraduate degrees displayed higher levels of organizational trust. Furthermore, females exhibited higher mean scores in sub-dimensions such as values and attitudes, accuracy, competence, consistency, loyalty, openness, and interest.</p></trans-abstract>
