                            <p>The aim of this study is to examine whether the online intervention program for career planning and development prepared by the researchers is effective on the career planning skills of university students. The research is a quasi-experimental study with experimental and control groups, with pre-test, post-test and follow-up measurements, and in the experimental conditions, mixed design was used. The study group of the research consists of 40 university students, 20 of whom are in the experimental group and 20 of them in the control group, studying at a state university in the 2022-2023 academic year. Demographic information form and Career Planning Scale were used as data collection tools in the study. The intervention program to increase career planning skills was applied online to the students in the experimental group for ten weeks. The students in the control group did not receive any intervention. According to the results of the study, the career planning scores of university students who participated in the online intervention program for career planning showed a positive significant difference compared to the control group. This difference in the career planning scores of the university students in the experimental group was also maintained in the follow-up measurement.</p></trans-abstract>
                                                                                                                                    <abstract><p>Bu araştırmanın amacı, araştırmacılar tarafından hazırlanan kariyer planlamaya ve geliştirmeye yönelik çevrimiçi müdahale programının, üniversite öğrencilerinin kariyer planlama becerileri üzerinde etkili olup olmadığını incelemektir. Araştırma, deney ve kontrol gruplu, ön-test, son-test ve izleme ölçümlü, deneme koşullarından ise karışık desenin kullanıldığı yarı deneysel bir çalışmadır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubu, 2022-2023 eğitim ve öğretim döneminde bir devlet üniversitesinde öğrenim gören 20’si deney ve 20’si de kontrol grubunda yer alan toplamda 40 üniversite öğrencisinden oluşmaktadır. Deney grubunun yaş ortalaması 20.47, kontrol grubunun yaş ortalaması ise 20.34’tür. Araştırmada veri toplama araçları olarak demografik bilgi formu ve Kariyer Planlama Ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Araştırmaya katılmaya gönüllü olan 147 üniversite öğrencisine yapılan ön-test uygulamasında, grup ortalamasının altında puan alan kırk öğrenci, deneklerin eşleştirilmesi (ön-test puanları ve cinsiyetlerine göre) yöntemiyle deney ve kontrol gruplarına atanmıştır. Deney grubunda yer alan öğrencilere on hafta boyunca, kariyer planlama becerilerini artırmaya yönelik müdahale programı çevrimiçi olarak uygulanmıştır. Kontrol grubunda yer alan öğrencilere ise herhangi bir müdahale yapılmamıştır. Araştırmanın sonucuna göre kariyer planlamaya yönelik çevrimiçi müdahale programına katılan üniversite öğrencilerinin kariyer planlama puanları, kontrol grubuna göre pozitif yönde anlamlı bir farklılık göstermiştir. Deney grubundaki üniversite öğrencilerinin kariyer planlama puanları üzerindeki bu farklılık, yapılan izleme ölçümünde de kalıcılığını korumuştur.</p></abstract>
