<p>With the foundations of economics laid by Adam Smith in the 18th century, the search for solutions to many macro and micro problems began. According to Adam Smith, balance in the economy occurs on its own and therefore there is no need for state intervention. The state can only show itself in areas such as security, justice and health, where this balance cannot be achieved automatically. There have been other schools of thought seeking the answer to whether state intervention is necessary or not. The Keynesian school, which established and developed macroeconomics, is of great importance in this regard. Keynesen, led by Keynes after 1929, gained an important place in the economy and deemed this role necessary. It is of great importance what role his two understandings play in the economy. Based on the intervention of the state in this written economy; The relationship between consumption, investment and transfer expenditures, which are public expenditure types, and economic growth is different. In addition, this hair was applied to the unit root test and the series were made stationary. The relationship between public expenditures and economic growth has been determined and the relevant details are explained in detail. Theoretically, Wagner and Keynes laid the foundations of this relationship. According to the studies conducted on this, the relationship was shaped according to the views of Keynes and Wagner.</p></trans-abstract>
