Bu araştırmanın amacı, MEB tarafından 2006 yılında hazırlanan“Ortaöğretim Kurumları Seçmeli Proje Hazırlama Dersi Öğretim Programı”nın budersi yürüten öğretmenlerin görüşlerinden yararlanılarak incelenmesidir. Buamaçla eğitim programının temel öğeleri olan hedefler, içerik, öğretme-öğrenmesüreci ve sınama durumları ölçüt olarak alınmıştır. Bu araştırma, olgubilim iledesenlenmiş nitel bir çalışmadır. 2013- 2014 öğretim yılı Elazığ İli Merkezİlçede bulunan ortaöğretim kurumlarında proje hazırlama dersi veren 8 öğretmenaraştırmanın katılımcı grubuna dahil edilmiştir. Yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu,bu araştırmada kullanılan veri toplama aracıdır. Öğretmenlerin programınkazanımlarıyla ilgili en çok öğrenci seviyesine uygun olma, programıniçeriğiyle ilgili teknoloji kullanım olanağı, öğretme- öğrenme yaklaşımlarıylailgili en çok öğrenci merkezli olması, programın ölçme ve değerlendirmeboyutuyla ilgili fiziki imkan yetersizliği alt temasına yükleme yaptıklarıgörülmektedir. Programın etkili uygulanmasına yönelik önerileriyle ilgili ençok güncellik eksikliği temasına, dersin seçmeli olmasıyla ilgili seçmeli anatemasında en çok ilgili öğrenci alt temasına, zorunlu ana temasında ileriyedönük beceri kazandırma temasına, dersi yürütecek branşla ilgili en çok fenalanları ve bilişim teknolojileri alt temalarına yükleme yaptıklarıgörülmektedir. Öğretmenlerin seçmeli proje hazırlama öğretim programına dairgenel olarak olumsuz görüş bildirdikleri görülmektedir.
The purpose of this research is to investigate the “ElectiveProject Preparation Course Curriculum in High School” presented by Ministry of NationalEducation (MEB) in 2006 based on the opinions of the teachers lecturing thiscourse. In this purpose, the fundamental elements of curriculum which are objectives,content, teaching/learning process and evaulation process were taken ascriterion. This research is a qualitative study which has been designed byphenomenology. 8 teachers working at a high school located in the Merkez Countyof the Elazığ in the 2013-2014 school year were included in the study. Thesemi-structured interview form prepared for the participant teachers is thedata collection means of this research. Majority of the teachers suggestedopinions about program attainments with the level of the students, aboutprogram content provides the opportunity to benefit technology. For theteaching-learning dimension of the program, it was mainly stated by theteachers that the practice of the activities was struggle. Teachers, again,suggested physical inabilities on the assessment and evaluation dimension ofthe program. To apply an effective program teachers stressed that the lack ofprogram updates. Additionally, teachers stated that this course is a perfectlyprepared program in the paper; however they have difficulty in the practicebecause the course is selective, the teachers are from different branches, andalso the students have different perspectives of the course. They presented anopinion that these teachers should be science teachers and informationtechnology teachers.
