BİR TKY TEKNİĞİ OLARAK KIYASLAMA EĞİTİMİ

Abstract

İşletmeler kıyaslamayı diğer
şirketlerinkiyle kendi hizmetlerini, ürünlerini ve uygulamalarını kıyaslama
aracı olarak kullanmışlardır. Ayrıca şirketler eğitim uygulamalarını da
kıyaslayabilirler. Kıyaslama temel bir TKY tekniğidir. Bu nedenle TKY’de
eğitim, işgücü kültürünü değiştirmek için kullanılabilecektir. TKY eğitim
programlarından biri kıyaslama programıdır. Kıyaslama en iyi uygulamaların
transferi anlamına geldiğinden kıyaslama eğitimi personel direncini engeller ve
işgücü uyumunu artırır. Sonuç olarak TKY ve Kıyaslama uygulamalarında eğitim
oldukça önemlidir.
