ÇOK SEVİYELİ İNVERTERLER VE DGM TEKNİKLERİ

Abstract

Son yıllarda, çok seviyeli inverterler yüksek
güçlü uygulamalar için yeni bir güç dönüşüm seçeneği olarak ortaya çıkmıştır.
Bu inverterler, birkaç seviyeli dc giriş gerilimlerinden sinüzoidal bir
çıkış gerilimini sentezlemektedir. Çok seviyeli inverterlerin en önemli
avantajı, anahtarlama frekansını artırmadan veya inverterin güç çıkışını
azaltmadan çıkış dalga şekillerindeki harmoniklerin azaltılmasıdır.




 




Bu makalede, çok seviyeli inverter topolojileri ve
bu inverterlerde kullanılan farklı “Darbe Genişlik Modülasyon (DGM)” teknikleri
incelenmiş ve benzetim sonuçları verilmiştir.
