YÜKSEK TEKNOLOJİ İHRACATI, BİLİŞİM HİZMETLERİ VE EKONOMİK BÜYÜME ARASINDAKİ İLİŞKİ: TÜRKİYE VE AB ÜLKELERİ İÇİN BİR PANEL VERİ ANALİZİ

Abstract



Bu çalışmada, Türkiye ve AB
ülkelerinin yüksek teknoloji ihracatı ile bilişim hizmetleri (iletişim,
bilgisayar vb.) ve ekonomik büyüme arasındaki ilişki 1998-2017 dönemi verileri
ile analiz edilmiştir. Bu amaçla LR, LM, F ve Hausman testleri uygulanmıştır.
Panel veri regresyon modellerinin ele alındığı analizde, sabit etkiler
modelinin uygun olduğu görülmüştür. Model, varsayımlardan sapmalara karşı
geliştirilen Driscoll-Kraay dirençli standart tahmincileriyle tahmin
edilmiştir. Elde edilen bulgulara göre, yüksek teknoloji ihracatı ile bilgi
hizmetlerinin ekonomik büyümeyi anlamlı ve pozitif etkilediği tespit
edilmiştir.
