                                                                                                <abstract><p>Geopolimer harç teknolojisi, yapı sektöründe önem kazanan konulardandır. Çimentonun üretimindeki yüksek enerji maliyeti, yüksek karbondioksit (CO2) salınımı ve üretimindeki zorluklar çimento yerine alternatif bağlayıcılar araştırmayı cazip kılmaktadır. Geopolimer harçlar yüksek fırın cürufu (YFC), uçucu kül (UK) ve silis dumanı (SD) gibi atık ürünlerin bazı alkali ürünlerle aktivasyonu ile elde edilen yeni nesil bağlayıcılardır. Bu çalışmada YFC kullanılarak, farklı oranlarda (%3, %6, %9) sodyum silikat (Na2SiO3) ile alkali aktive edilmiş geopolimer harçlar üretilmiştir. 40*40*160 mm’lik prizma kalıplarda üretilen harçlar uygun kür koşullarında bekletildikten sonra, kılcal su emme, rötre ve basınç dayanımı özellikleri incelenmiştir. Ayrıca sonuçları mukayese edebilmek için Portland Çimentolu (CEM I 42.5 R) kontrol harçları üretilmiştir. Basınç dayanımı açısından cüruflu harçların daha yüksek dayanımlara eriştiği belirlenmiştir. Ancak kılcal su emme ve rötre özellikleri bakımından çimentolu harçların daha olumlu sonuçlar verdiği gözlenmiştir.</p></abstract>
