Gebelikte uterus rüptürü maternal morbitide ve mortalite riskini arttıran nadir fakat acil bir durumdur. Gebeliğe bağlı ilk trimester uterin rüptürler ise son derece nadirdir. Kliniğimize kasık ağrısı nedeni ile başvuran hastada, 10 haftalık canlı gebelik, akut batın bulguları ve batın içerisinde serbest sıvı tespit edildi. Hastanın tıbbi kayıtlarından önceki gebeliğinin sezaryan ile sonlandırıldığı ve bu esnada uterus fundusunda perforasyon geliştiği öğrenildi. Eksploratif laparotomide bu perforasyon bölgesine uyan alandan uterus rüptürü olduğu görüldü. Akut karın bulguları olan ve batın içerisinde sıvı koleksiyonu tespit edilen gebe hastalarda uterus rüptürü, düşünülmesi gereken bir ön tanı olmalıdır
Rupture of gravid uterus is a rare and emergency condition, with high maternal morbidity and mortality rate. Uterine rupture in the first trimester is very rare. In this case report we demonstrate an uterine rupture in the first trimester pregnancy which was admitted to our clinic as a pelvic pain. Ultrasonography showed 10 weeks live fetus and free fluid collection in the rectouterine pouch. It was learned from medical records of patient that her previous pregnancy was terminated with cesarean section and in the meantime ute- rine fundus perforation occurred. At exploratory laparotomy uterine rupture seen at the perforation site occurred in cesarean sectio in the previous pregnancy. It is important to remember uterine rupture in gravid patient with signs of acute abdomen and free fluid in abdominal cavity
