Morgagni Hernisi; anteriyor, anteromediyal, parasternal veya retrosternal herni olarak bilinir. Konjenital diyafram hernisinin sık rastlanan tipidir. Tüm opere edilen olguların %4-6 sını oluşturur. Standart tedavisi açık cerrahi uygulamadır. Biz laparoskopik olarak 5 yaşındaki çocuk olguya başarılı tedavi uyguladık. Laparoskopik onarımı güvenli alternative metod olarak tavsiye ederiz. Bu yaklaşımın minimal invasive metod olması ve kozmetik açıdan mükemmel görünüm oluşturması gösterilmiştir.

Anterior, anteromedial diaphragmatic, parasternal, or retrosternal hernia, known as Morgagni hernia, is the common type of congenital diaphragmatic hernia, accounting for less than 4-6% of all operated diaphragmatic hernias. The standard treatment of Morgagni hernia is open operation. We have successfully performed a laparoscopic repair in a symptomatic 5-year-old child. We recommend Laparoscopic repair is a safe alternative treatment modality in Morgagni hernia presenting children. This approach has been demonstrated to the advantages of minimally invasive surgery and excellent cosmesis.
