The present study focuses on the 5,467 participants’ responses. “Fear of COVID-19 Scale” was used to determine the fear of COVID-19 and &quot;Attitude Scale for Home Care&quot; to determine the attitude towards home care services on individuals. Results: Higher levels of COVID-19 fear have a positive effect on the attitude toward home care and significantly explained receiving more home health care services. Participants&#039; compliance level with precautionary behavior practices or preventive measures related to COVID-19 had a direct effect on their attitude for home care. However, higher compliance level with precautionary behavior practices or preventive measures related to COVID-19 have a negative effect on the receiving home health care services. Conclusions: Our results showed that it is possible to improve the attitude for home care by promoting compliance level with precautionary behavior practices or preventive measures.</p>
