Abstract

Eskişehir’in çeşitli bölgelerinde yetiştirilen ve Porsuk çayı ile sulanan sebze örnekleri ve sulama suyu örneklerinde nitrat-nitrit miktar tayinleri yapılmış ve bu örneklerde nitratı nitrite dönüştürdüğü bilinen Escherichia coli, Enterobacter aerogenes, Bacillus subtilis ve Pseudomonas aeruginosa bakterileri yönünden incelenmiştir.

Assessment of Nitrate-Nitrite in Irrigated with River Porsuk Some Vegetable in Eskişehir (Turkish with English Abstract)

Abstract

The vegetable samples were collected from different  agricultural area irrigated by Porsuk in Eskişehir. The quality of nitrate and nitrite in vegetable were determined and, these samples and of water samples were also tested for the existence and number of Escherichia coli, Enterobacter aerogenes, Bacillus subtilis and Pseudomonas aeruginosa bacteria which are known to convert nitrate to nitrate.
